An on-site laser tag event can turn a suitable workplace, gym or approved outdoor area into an active corporate experience without sending employees to a separate attraction. The right setup depends on the group, the available space and the event plan.

GAMEYARD reviews the proposed area, brings the mobile equipment and runs the scheduled rounds. Your organization continues managing the venue, employee communications and responsibilities outside the active play area.

What GAMEYARD Manages During the Event

GAMEYARD sets up the active play area, explains the rules and leads the scheduled rounds. The event plan may include portable obstacles, boundary markers, Base Zones and objective-based missions, depending on the group and location.

Up to 20 players can be active at one time, although 16 is generally recommended. Larger groups can rotate through scheduled rounds. Corporate rounds generally run for five to ten minutes, with the exact timing adjusted for the mission, group, space and transitions.

How to Check Whether Your Space Is Suitable

There is no single minimum layout that fits every event. Send GAMEYARD current photos or a rough plan showing the usable area, entrances, fixed objects and nearby traffic. We will review the proposed setup and confirm whether the space is suitable for the requested event plan.

If a separate venue is needed, GAMEYARD may suggest possible options. The customer selects the venue, confirms availability, books it and pays the venue directly.

Insurance and Site Approval

GAMEYARD carries $5 million in commercial general liability insurance. A Certificate of Insurance will be provided at no additional cost, naming you or your organization as an additional insured.

Your organization remains responsible for securing any required property approval, reservation or permit and for confirming that the site operator allows the activity. GAMEYARD then confirms whether the proposed play area is suitable for the planned setup.

Planning the Schedule

On-site events can be scheduled during the workday or after work. Choose a time that fits your operations, expected attendance and access to the proposed area. GAMEYARD uses the confirmed group size and available time to plan the teams, missions and round sequence.

Before the event, tell employees what the activity is, where it will take place and what clothing to wear. Comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for active movement are recommended. The activity uses eye-safe infrared technology, no projectiles and no-contact rules.

Plan Your On-Site Corporate Event

Send GAMEYARD your proposed date, group size and photos of the available area. We will review the setup and help you plan an event that fits the confirmed space and schedule.
