Which event type should I choose?
- Birthday Parties: book now with clear packages and a $100 deposit to hold your date.
- Corporate Events: request a quote (we reply within 24 hours with pricing + a clear plan).
- Community & Group Events: request a quote (we reply within 24 hours with pricing + a clear plan).
If you choose Our Yard (venue option) for a birthday, we can provide the venue rental receipt so you can see we do not add markup to the venue fee.
How does booking work for birthdays vs corporate/groups?
Birthdays: choose Your Yard or Our Yard, select a date, fill in details, and pay a $100 deposit to hold your date.
Corporate and Groups: submit a Request Quote form, and we reply within 24 hours with pricing and an event plan.
How much space do we need?
Space varies, but we typically need about 1,000 sq ft of open area.

What are your travel fees?
Calculated from our Milton office (207 Mary St, Milton):
- Up to 25 km — Free
- 25–45 km — $49
- 45–80 km — $99

Is it safe?
Yes. It’s supervised and non-contact with no projectiles. Coaches run a safety briefing and enforce rules throughout.
We’ve run 50+ events so far with no safety issues because the game is structured and coached.
What happens if it rains or snows?
For rain or snow, we offer free rescheduling (subject to availability).
What if something unexpected happens within 24 hours of the event?

Do you use inflatable bunkers?
We can use inflatable bunkers by request, but we don’t default to them because they require extra care for safe placement and take longer to set up.

Do you have insurance / COI?
Yes. GAMEYARD carries up to $5 million commercial general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance (COI) can be provided on request.
