Media coverage included: 20 edited photos, all unedited photos and one 60-second highlight video, delivered within 48 hours. Drone footage may be included when the venue permits it and the space is suitable.

Corporate events start at $399 + HST for 20 players, plus applicable travel fee. The starting package includes less than 30 minutes for setup, 90 minutes of gameplay and about 30 minutes for pack-down. We generally recommend 16 active players, and up to 20 can play at one time. Additional players and other variables are quoted separately.
Any suitable open space can work, indoors or outdoors. About 1,000 square feet of open area is a useful starting point, and GAMEYARD confirms the final setup during planning.
If you need a rented venue, GAMEYARD can suggest possible options. The customer selects the venue, confirms availability, books it and pays the venue directly.
GAMEYARD can support events with more than 100 participants. Up to 20 players can play at one time. For clearer movement and less crowding, we usually recommend 16 active players. Corporate rounds generally last 5 to 10 minutes. Larger groups use structured rotations or tournament-style formats.
Yes. For some corporate groups, we can run a league-style format with structured rounds and progression. Tell us your headcount and goals and we’ll propose the best format.

GAMEYARD carries $5 million in commercial general liability insurance. A Certificate of Insurance will be provided at no additional cost, naming you or your organization as an additional insured.
Yes. Gameplay is supervised and non-contact. We use Base Zones, designated areas where players do not shoot, for briefings, resets and controlled transitions. Players are instructed not to push, tackle or make physical contact.
