How the GAMEYARD Format Works
Standard corporate events include 90 minutes of coached play. Rounds generally last 5 to 10 minutes and may be adjusted for group size, space, objectives and transitions.

Participation for Larger Groups
GAMEYARD can support events with more than 100 participants. Up to 20 players can play at one time. For clearer movement and less crowding, we usually recommend 16 active players. Larger groups rotate through structured rounds or tournament-style formats.
For example, Team A can play Team B while Team C prepares. After the round, teams rotate and results may be recorded. The final timing and progression depend on the group size, event schedule, objective format and available space.
Choosing a Suitable Space
GAMEYARD can bring the event to a suitable workplace, gym, hall or approved outdoor space. If you need a venue, GAMEYARD can suggest possible options. The customer selects the venue, confirms availability, books it and pays the venue directly.
Before booking, share the proposed space with GAMEYARD so access, play area, timing, site rules and equipment setup can be reviewed. The venue or site operator controls its availability and permissions.

Corporate events include 20 edited photos, all unedited photos, one 60-second highlight video and delivery within 48 hours. Drone footage may be included only when the venue permits it and conditions are suitable.
GAMEYARD carries $5 million in commercial general liability insurance. A Certificate of Insurance will be provided at no additional cost, naming you or your organization as an additional insured.
