Travel fees are based on the distance from the GAMEYARD Milton office to the event location.
Media coverage included: 20 edited photos, all unedited photos and one 60-second highlight video, delivered within 48 hours. Drone footage may be included when the venue permits it and the space is suitable.

Starting at $399 + HST for 20 players, plus applicable travel fee. The starting package includes less than 30 minutes setup, 90 minutes play, and about 30 minutes pack-down. Additional players and other variables are quoted separately.
GAMEYARD’s Falcon F1 experience is generally designed for ages 6+. Children ages 4 and 5 can participate using our age-appropriate younger-player taggers, with simpler instructions, objectives, pacing and round formats based on the group.
GAMEYARD can support events with more than 100 participants. Up to 20 players can play at one time. For clearer movement and less crowding, we usually recommend 16 active players. Larger groups use structured rotations or tournament-style formats. Round length depends on the event plan, group size, objective, space and transitions.
We run coach-led missions with clear objectives and controlled rotations. Only part of the group plays at a time, while others rotate in for the next round.
A gym or open hall is ideal, and we can also run in suitable outdoor spaces. We’ve even run events in non-traditional spaces (like a large canteen) after furniture was moved aside.
As a rule of thumb, about 1,000 sq ft of open area works well. If you’re unsure, send space details (or a photo) and we’ll confirm what works.
GAMEYARD carries $5 million in commercial general liability insurance. A Certificate of Insurance will be provided at no additional cost, naming you or your organization as an additional insured.
Yes. For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept the consent/waiver before play.
We bring the gear, field setup, and coaches. You provide access to the space and any additional adult supervision your facility requires for minors.
Yes. If you want longer game time than the standard session, tell us in your request. We’ll propose options and pricing based on your group size and schedule.

If an unforeseen issue happens within 24 hours of your event, we offer one free reschedule (subject to availability). Please contact us as soon as you know.
Yes. Gameplay is supervised and non-contact. We use Base Zones, designated areas where players do not shoot, for briefings, resets and controlled transitions. Players are instructed not to push, tackle or make physical contact.
