What’s included in the starting price?
Starting at $399 for up to 16 players includes about 30 minutes setup, 90 minutes play, and about 30 minutes pack-down. Additional players and other variables are quoted separately.

Most school and group events are a great fit for ages 6+. We adapt mission structure and pacing based on the group.

We can scale to very large groups using rotations. We’ve run events with as few as 10 players and as many as 200 so far.

Typical format: short rounds with team rotation so everyone gets multiple turns. Rounds vary between 5-10 mins and are adjusted accordingly to age and ability level. Expect 4–6 games per hour, depending on group size and transitions.

We run coach-led missions with clear objectives and controlled rotations. Only part of the group plays at a time, while others rotate in for the next round.

A gym or open hall is ideal, and we can also run in suitable outdoor spaces. We’ve even run events in non-traditional spaces (like a large canteen) after furniture was moved aside.

As a rule of thumb, about 1,000 sq ft of open area works well. If you’re unsure, send space details (or a photo) and we’ll confirm what works.

Yes. GAMEYARD carries up to $5 million commercial general liability insurance. A COI can be provided on request.

Yes. For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept the consent/waiver before play.

We bring the gear, field setup, and coaches. You provide access to the space and any additional adult supervision your facility requires for minors.

Yes. If you want longer game time than the standard session, tell us in your request. We’ll propose options and pricing based on your group size and schedule.

Yes. It’s supervised and non-contact with Base Zones (no-fire). Anyone not following safety rules may be removed.
