GAMEYARD supervised rounds at a school or youth fundraiser event

A mobile laser tag fundraiser gives schools, sports teams, youth groups and community organizations an active event around which they can build their own fundraising plan. GAMEYARD provides the supervised gameplay, equipment, setup, pack-down and event flow. The organizer decides how admission, donations, sponsorships, volunteers and any additional fundraising activities will work.

What a Mobile Laser Tag Fundraiser Is

The organizer books GAMEYARD to run structured, coached rounds at a suitable space. Participants can register individually or as teams, and the event can use simple rotations or a tournament-style format. The organizer controls the fundraising model and keeps responsibility for collecting funds and reporting results.

The organizer chooses the fundraising model, promotes the event, collects the funds and reports the results. GAMEYARD brings the mobile laser tag setup and runs the activity. The event structure should be matched to the organization’s audience, available time, space, approvals and volunteer capacity.

Organizations and Spaces That May Be Suitable

Possible locations include a school gym, field, community hall, approved private property or another suitable indoor or outdoor space. GAMEYARD must review the proposed play area and event plan.

The organizer provides or books a suitable space and obtains any required permission. For a park or conservation area, the customer must obtain any required reservation, permit and activity approval. The municipality or site operator must allow the activity, and GAMEYARD must confirm that the selected space is suitable.

Admission, Sponsorship and Donation Options

Organizers may choose individual admission, team registration, sponsor support, donations or a combination of approaches. The organizer sets prices, collects funds, manages volunteers and determines whether food, merchandise or other activities will be offered.

Capacity and Tournament-Style Rotations

GAMEYARD can support events with more than 100 participants. Up to 20 players can play at one time. For clearer movement and less crowding, we usually recommend 16 active players. Larger groups rotate through structured rounds or tournament-style formats.

For larger groups, teams rotate through short rounds while the next groups prepare. Results can be tracked across the event, and teams can progress through a tournament-style format without overcrowding the play area. Round length and progression are adjusted for the group size, available time, space and event objectives.

For example, Team A can play Team B while Team C prepares. After the round, teams rotate and the results are recorded. This is an example only. The final schedule is planned for the specific event.
