The mission-based format gives participants different ways to contribute through communication, awareness, timing, movement and teamwork.
Some participants may focus on movement and objectives, while others may support their team through communication, timing, positioning or planning. Coaches explain the mission and team structure before each round.
Adjustments GAMEYARD Can Discuss
GAMEYARD can adjust round length, instructions, objectives, pacing, team structure, Base Zone use, breaks, music, lighting and group size based on the participants and event plan. We can also discuss mobility-device and supervision requirements before the event.

Team Structure, Pacing and Live Scoring
GAMEYARD uses live scoring, but coaches can explain how scoring relates to each objective and can adjust the pacing or round format. Team structure can also be planned around age ranges, communication needs and the information provided by the organizer.
Planning Rotations and Group Size
For larger groups, GAMEYARD plans structured rotations based on the group size, available time and suitable space. Smaller groups may be used for selected rounds when that format better matches the event plan.
