We confirm whether the crew, equipment, travel time, timing and space can work. If they can, you use the existing Birthday reservation and deposit process.

Can GAMEYARD really take a birthday booking for today or tomorrow?
Sometimes. We first check crew and equipment availability, the event time, location, travel time and whether the space is suitable. Call 289-627-7744 for the fastest answer; same-day or next-day service is never guaranteed.
What information do you need to check an urgent booking?
The date, preferred start time, city or postal code, approximate player count, participant ages and whether you plan to use a backyard or neighbourhood park. Current photos or a short video help us assess the usable play area quickly.
Can we use our neighbourhood park?
Possibly. A quiet, open, low-traffic area may work when the activity is permitted and GAMEYARD confirms the exact play area is suitable. You are responsible for checking current park rules and obtaining any required reservation, permit, insurance or activity approval. Outdoor plans remain weather-dependent.
What if another birthday company cancelled on us?
Call us. GAMEYARD may be able to provide the activity if the crew, equipment, travel, timing and space work for the request.
How many players can participate?
The package includes 16 players. Each additional player is $10. Up to 20 players can play at one time, although GAMEYARD usually recommends 16 active players for clearer movement. Larger groups use structured rotations.
What ages can participate?
The Falcon F1 experience is generally designed for ages 6+. Children ages 4 and 5 can participate with younger-player taggers and adjusted instructions, objectives, pacing and round formats.
Do you bring everything?
GAMEYARD brings the laser tag equipment, field setup and coaches who run the missions. You provide access to the suitable backyard or permitted park area and any additional adult supervision required for minors.
How do I reserve the date if GAMEYARD is available?
Complete the existing Birthday booking details and pay the $100 deposit. The deposit reserves the date and is applied to the event total.
